I offer flexible training options to accommodate your busy schedule and financial needs, including in-person individual classes, couples and small group training, virtual training, and hybrid asynchronous training.

In-person
Individual

Undivided individual attention.

Cons: 

  • Most expensive option

  • Commute (unless client's location)

Live virtual

Get fit anywhere in the world.

Combination of live and asynchronous workouts.

  • Highest level of program customization

  • Slightly cheaper than in-person sessions

  • Packages with progressive discounts

  • Lack of in-person interaction

  • Limited opportunity for correction 

  • Technology and space requirements 

  • Requires  equipment 

  • Most economical option

  • Flexible app-based training  

  • For gyms or homes

  • Comprehensive individual assessment

  • Individual programming and guidance

  • Mobile app with excercise videos and instructions

  • Individual feedback and progressions

  • Requires a high level of motivation and autonomy
