Move Here, Move There, Move Everywhere! Add More Movement Into Your Life.  

The participants will practice a good number of seated, standing and  whole body exercises and will bring home a comprehensive list of them with a clear idea how to “sprinkle” them throughout their day to feel energized.

Description

These series contain easily accessible exercises hand-picked for busy professionals and/or parents who want to move more without (or in addition to) a big commitment to structured gym workouts. The participants will move, play, interact with each other, and leave each class with a printouts of the practiced workouts and a clear idea of how they can move more in everyday life.

The suggested exercises are arranged into 3 groups: seated (while watching TV or during a Zoom business call), static standing (while cooking or being at a standing work desk) and dynamic whole-body workouts for short 5-10 minutes breaks. Each session of the series will have all 3 exercises groups and we will focus three main training modalities: cardio/ whole body, gentle strengthening/ resistance and stretching exercises.
