About Tamara Tarasova

I am a Life and Success Coach committed to powerful transformations in my clients. It is my honor to support you on your journey to yourself and to help you thrive.
I am often called a ‘free spirit’ for my desire to grow, explore, and out-of-the-box thinking. I have been often praised for being able to enjoy all life has to offer and would be delighted to share those gifts with you.
While I've had successful careers in the field of management, education, and international development, my endless curiosity has always been around our human nature.
My reason to coach is an excitement from discovering hidden powers, talents, and unfulfilled dreams
in my clients
I have Diploma in Psychological Counseling from Moscow State University and Gestalt Therapy training from Gestalt Training Institute in Moscow. Back in Russia, I established my own psychological counseling practice.
In United states, I pursued coaching training at ICF accredited Co-Active Training Institute and completed a Somatic Thinking Program from KUN Coaching Academy, Italy.
I also hold Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Development from George Mason University, Adult Training Certificate from Association for Talent Development and had a successful career in the field of adults education. I developed a trademarked method, Useful-Easy-Fun®, which helps people without educational background to easily develop engaging instructional and communication materials.
Gestalt Therapy
Focuses on the present moment and the way past situations are perceived here and now. It is a highly client-centered and non-directive method, which grants a client full control over which topics to focus on, as well as choosing the depth of exploration. It is a wholistic technique that includes into the process all aspects: feelings, thinking, and body sensations of the clients. Read more...
Co-Active Coaching
Co-Active Coaching approach is rooted in the idea that "people have infinite possibilities once they assume the role of a leader in their lives. Co-Active helps you stretch your sightline, get out of your comfort zone, and grow along the way.”
Somatic Thinking Coaching
‘Somatic Thinking’ concept is a partnership between the body and the mind when experiencing life, which is widely known as embodied cognition.”
What Else?
Asides from coaching, I am actively investing my time and energy into the development of my business project Mind-Body Wonders™, a platform that redefines long-term physical and emotional wellness through offering people opportunities to explore various mind-body practices, engage in them and establishing meaningful connections.
I highly value work-life balance and devote considerable time to my non-work-related activities, such as dancing, which has been my long-term passion and inspiration, writing books, and volunteering. One of my favorite volunteering engagement is delivering life skills classes at OAR, an organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of crime with Opportunities, Alternatives, and Resources, teaching inmates life skills.
